Job Description
As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s culture and supporting our talented team. Your responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition:

  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent.

Employee Relations:

  1. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  2. Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances fairly and promptly.
  3. Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.

Performance Management:

  1. Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring they align with company goals.
  2. Guide managers on performance improvement plans and professional development.

Training and Development:

  1. Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs for employee skill enhancement.
  2. Support career development initiatives to nurture talent within the organization.

Policy Development and Compliance:

  1. Develop and update HR policies in alignment with local regulations and company objectives.
  2. Ensure compliance with labor laws and other regulatory requirements.

Benefits Administration:

  1. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies and other perks.
  2. Keep abreast of industry trends to enhance the competitiveness of our benefits offerings.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

  1. Utilize HR analytics to track key performance indicators and provide insights to leadership.
  2. Generate regular reports on HR metrics and trends for decision-making.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-5 years experience.
  2. Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sector.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
