Job Position: Human Resource Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

1. Administrative functions such as filing, and updating staff records and payroll
2. Active involvement in the end to end recruitment cycle.
3. Preparing Monthly hr Reports.
4. Developing policies to increase level of employee engagement and foster business growth.
5. Performance appraisal facilitation and implementation.

Job Requirements

• Relevant B.Sc Degree with 1-3 years prior experience in a similar role
• Close residential proximity to Trade Fair Ojo, Lagos is an added advantage for easy commute to the work location.
• Female Candidates are preferred for gender balance.

Salary
N70,000 – N90,000 monthly
