Job Position: Recruitment Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • Receives and reviews applications manage interviews and tests and creates a shortlist of clients’ candidates.
  • Requesting references, and guarantors and verifying the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
  2. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/social media et
  3. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  4. Screen candidate’s resumes and job application
  5. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduled timeframe
  6. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
  7. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practice
  8. Act as a point of contact and build candidates’ relationships during the selection process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification
  • 2 – 5 years of work experience
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment officer (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter
  • Ability to conduct different types of interview
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc
  • Familiarity with HR databases either software or MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills.

Remuneration
50,000 Monthly plus commission.
