Job Position: Finance Supervisor – Payables
Location: Delta
Job Purpose
- This function supports bill payments to vendors, employees, and government agencies.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversees the account payables function to ensure that corporate policies and contractual commitments are followed.
- Purchase transaction invoicing – Raw Materials and Haulage.
- Handles banking transfer processes and trade creditors’ reconciliation.
- Participation in stock count activities and monitoring debit balances.
- Creditor Aging Analysis preparation/monitoring
Job Qualifications & Experience
- University Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting or any other related field.
- At least five years of working experience in a similar role.
- Membership in ICAN, ACA is an added advantage.
- Required skills – strong numerical and analytical thinking.
- Knowledge of NAV Dynamics or any other ERP software and Microsoft Excel
