We provide Management Consulting services to clients in the private and public sectors within and outside Nigeria.
Our clients include start-ups, small and medium enterprises as well as multinationals and industry leaders in key sectors of the Nigeria and Africa regional economies.
Job Position: Accountant
Location: Abuja
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
- Prepares express account statement when customer vacates
- Maintain customer account statements and balances
- Monitor sales and profits; highlight reasons behind sales growth or drop
- Generates invoices through Oracle interfaces.
- Prepares ageing report and monitors all receivables
- Provides the variance explanations for the financial performances of each month after closing
- Conducts inter-company reconciliations
- Prepare account statements and invoices – transfer to collection team when required
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Key Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Work Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience in Accounting SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Communication Skills (verbally and in writing in English)
- Experience in a computerized accounting environment as well as Advance Excel sheets.
