Job Position: School Social Media Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  1. Oversees the school’s interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms by ensuring that the school has an online presence that attracts and builds trust in prospective parents and also continues to nurture and provide value to current parents/families.
  2. The job focuses on increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets/platforms by developing a strategy, producing good content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns
  3. The job also entails providing education and direction to departments, staff and students in developing strategic social media plans; works closely with departments and contracted marketing firms/professionals to ensure proper content and messaging executed online is relevant to organizational goals.

Educational Qualifications and Skills

  1. B.Sc / HND in related fields
  2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  3. Proficient use of CorelDraw
  4. Graphic design skills
  5. Video and Photograph skills
  6. Knowledge of digital media as it relates to branding
  7. Excellent creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
