Job Position: Customer Service Officer
Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone Calls
- Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provision of accurate and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Handle customers complaints, provide appropriate solution and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
- Clerical work and office filing
- Keep records of customer interaction, process customers account and file documents
- Generate sales leads.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification
- At least 2 years work experience
- Must be social media savvy.
Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
