Job Position: Logistics Analyst

Job Location: Onitsha, Anambra

Job Responsibilities 

  1. Manage route breakdown reporting and sales vehicle daily
  2. Reporting by location
  3. Manage daily truck and trailer availability reporting
  4. Ensure accurate reporting of accident cases
  5. Ensure accurate reporting of asset abuse Manage accident factor and cost analysis by plant
  6. Manage accident casualty analysis by plant
  7. Manage expense postings and costs such as licenses
  8. Ensure adequate tracking of repair cost from 3rd Party -Job Card
  9. Manage detailed cost analysis by account heading
  10. Manage tyre consumption and traceability
  11. Ensure prompt update and renewal of vehicle particulars
  12. Ensure service tracker update and compliance
  13. Ensure 11-Point Audit Compliance update
  14. Manage spare parts management and re-order level Management
  15. Track closing inventory analysis
  16. Track trucks/Light vehicle Fuel consumption/Odometer readings entry
  17. Track fuel consumption by vehicle number, tyre regrooving, fuel loss and recovery
  18. SLA tracking with 3PL service Providers
  19. Manage premature failure report/recovery
  20. Manage asset Inter-plant transfer and inter-depot transfer

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Engineering, Transportation, Sciences or Social and Management Sciences
  2. Must have 2-3 year data management experience and analysis in Fleet Management.
  3. Proficient in MS Office
  4. Knowledge in SAP in an added advantage.
