Job Position: Community Manager
Job Location: Nigeria (On–site)
Job Responsibilities
- Craft content strategies relevant to each platform – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin as the lead platforms
- Translating the strategy into a detailed content and creative deployment plan
- Seeding in the thinking on how to leverage “influencers”
- Working with creative designers and taking full ownership of deployment from the social handles
- Setting up a system for responses to learners on social platforms for engaging in conversations
- Maintains a good relationship with the company and the community
- Establish systems to monitor performance to constantly enhance community engagement
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in independently seeding and/or scaling online communities, preferably on multiple social media platforms
- Ability to craft content thinking from scratch in line with brand identity
- Ability to work with designers to churn content at scale
- Enthusiasm about being able to connect with a large community of potential prospects
- Intellectual honesty, passion for excellence and ability to collaborate
- Full-time graduate or post-graduate degree
