Job Position: Personal Assistant / Office Assistant
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Description
- Will report directly to the Managing Director.
- Will run Personal errands and Official errands.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- MS office and English proficiency.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Up-to-date with latest office gadget and applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Proactive, Detail-oriented and organized.
- Outstanding communication and Interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Honest, Efficient, Discerning, Focused.
- Bold, Empathetic, Submissive and Humble.
- Reliable , Self-driven, Self-motivated, Discerning.
- Intelligent, Hardworking, Loyal.
- Dedicated, Responsible, Trustworthy.
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Male.
- Between 26 and 29 years of age.
Remuneration
N70,000 Monthly basic salary + other benefits
