Job Position: Trainee Workshop Engineer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design and fabrication of automation control panels and ensuring they are to company technical standards.
  2. Engaging in pre-site configuration, QC tests and repair of electronic circuit boards etc,
  3. Development of technical designs, wiring schematics and templates for various industrial control panels and automation systems.
  4. Implementing electronic circuit designs, circuit board assessment and repairs in the electronics workshop.
  5. Ensuring all designs and fabrications meet quality standards.
  6. Provision of technical support (both remote and physical) to field engineers during troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and fault rectification of automation installations and systems.
  7. Documentations of designs and technical guides for automation devices and procedures.
  8. Adherence to safety requirements with the Safety officials and total HSE compliance.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc, B.Eng, B.Tech or HND in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  2. Good understanding of control systems and basic logic design.
  3. Proficiency with the use of AutoCAD for electrical schematic design.
  4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  5. Strong communication skills.
  6. Familiarity with industrial control/automation.
  7. Knowledge of electronic circuit design and component troubleshooting.
  8. Fresh Graduate with significant technical internship experience.
