Job Position: Human Resource Executive
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Support in the Creating and execution of effective onboarding process
- Track staffing requirements and oversee the hiring of new employees as needed.
- Maintain and update all employee personnel files; using appropriate checklist to ensure complete documentation.
- Ensure the smooth and accurate flow of information within the company to facilitate other management operation.
- Ensure continuous update of the HR database with information on personnel records, bio data, salaries, or promotion as well as resignations.
- Coordinate general leave administration; this includes maintaining an annual leave calendar for leave projections, outstanding leave days.
- Ensure implementation of the training plan and provide necessary support for training facilitation.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 1 to 2 years’ experience.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must demonstrate the confidence and ability to relate with stakeholders in an assertive and professional way.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools
- Attention to detail with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
