Job Position: Telesales Executive

Job Location: Ajah / Abraham Adesanya, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products.
  2. Accurately record details of customers’ purchase transactions.
  3. Following up on all customer purchases accordingly.
  4. Follow up on promising leads for the digital team.
  5. Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
  6. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  7. Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
  8. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
  9. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
  10. And any other duties assigned to you by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
