Job Description
- We need a polished and professional Executive Assistant (EA) to join our team! In this high-profile role, you will report directly to the Co-Founder, providing administrative support that includes a wide range of real estate, sales, and business operational functions to enable the success and growth of the company.

Job Responsibilities
- Working in a hybrid environment, the Executive Assistant will act as the eyes and ears of the Co-Founder for the Abuja office. The EA will successfully communicate and project manage strategic initiatives in line with the Co-Founder’s priorities for the company’s diverse portfolio.
- Implement branding, sales and marketing plans which will include networking with companies and organizations in Africa, selling our products and services and other initiatives.
- Responsible for the preparation of proposals, creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations to companies in Africa, in person and virtually.
- Being responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, including contact outside normal business hours
- Additional special projects and other executive admin responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
- 6+ years’ experience in a similar role; start up experience is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of online tools and software such as MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, Outlook, Zoom and project management tools highly preferred.
- Strong business, social media, and sales acumen
- Planning & project management skills; managing & coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Business level written and verbal English communication skills.
- A team player who is proactive, flexible, results-oriented, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Must Have:
- Live in Abuja
- Proficiency in Hausa language
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must have own transportation
- Internet access
- Some weekend and evenings will be required.
