Job Position: Operations Co-ordinator
Job Location: Woji, Port Harcourt – Rivers
Job Description
- Tracking records of the repairs and inspections service deliveries
- Monitor, control and manage Technicians to meet customer expectations and company goals.
- Coordinating both the operations process, planning, control, performance
- Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
- Improvement on operations strategy.
- Researching and planning new operations process, managing departmental budgets and contributing to future planning
- Ensure that all relevant operations process, procedures is adhered to such as timeline to deliveries, and quality checks
- Evaluate current operational performance and provide a strategic plan for improvements.
- Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
- Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner.
- Follow and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes
- Collecting and analyzing data to identifying seasonal trends and potential growth in the operations team
- Ensure that the operations team has the personnel and resources needed to meet demand
- Working with the members of other department in operations to plan for the future repairs and services to be carried out
- Presenting reports to the Head of Operations at the end of every week and every month
- Coordinating repairs and inspection service scheduling, monitoring on going repairs and inspection services, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Research out to team to make sure that team is available and they have all of the supplies and equipment they need to carry out a repair or inspection service or meet a deadline.
- Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
- Identifying and relating any problems in the operations team to the head of operations.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / Master’s Degree qualification with 4 years work experience.
Salary
N200,000 / month.
