Job Position: Junior Operator, Packing Plant – Cement

Job Location: Ibese, Ogun State, Nigeria

Job Description

  1. Ensure that 750mt of cement per twelve hour per shift is being dispatched.
  2. Give attendance to shift manager and take any specific instruction.
  3. Proper taking over form previous shift
  4. Always operate packers/autoloaders in auto mode
  5. Keep checking bags weight for 50kg, else inform supervisor
  6. Stack reject bags properly
  7. Stack busted bags properly
  8. Don’t leave packer floor unattended
  9. Don’t leave work spot without permission
  10. Clean packers line periodically without unwanted material such as rejected and busted bags.
  11. Inform shift manager and shift supervisor about any issues
  12. Hand over with proper communication to reliever.

Job Requirements

  1. Trade Test III
  2. WASC/GCE/SSCE + 5 years experiences
  3. Skills and Competencies
    • Ability to read and write.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Physically fit to do the job.
    • Ability to learn new skills.
    • Strong leadership qualities.
    • Team work.
