Job Description

Job Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who:

  1. Ensures client satisfaction by listening to the needs of the client, proffering solutions immediately where available, and building a good relationship for referrals.
  2. Create visuals and captions for social media.
  3. Implement and Monitor social media ad campaigns.
  4. Publish content on the Agency’s social media accounts.
  5. Work with the international marketing team to devise social media strategies as part of wider campaigns.
  6. Create internal social media campaign plans and content calendars.
  7. Provide in-depth reporting, insights, and analytics for ads and campaigns.
  8. Communicate and work closely with artists and management teams to ensure seamless execution of social campaigns.
  9. Stay informed on emerging trends/tools and provide updates to internal teams.
  10. Attend industry events, gigs, and concerts on behalf of the agency to capture content.
  11. Track and optimize content to improve results and grow audiences.
  12. Has verifiable experience in selling Social Media and Digital solutions, products or services across various sectors.
  13. Develop new business leads with maximized conversion rates.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media campaigns.
  • 3+ years in active social media management / marketing.
  • Must have a strong passion for innovation, popular culture, content creation and possess abilities of quick thinking & decision-making.
  • Familiar & Mastery of various social media and content creation tools.
  • Must reside in Lagos.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
