Job Position: Contact Center Agent

Job Location:  Lagos, Nigeria

  1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  2. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
  3. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  4. Seize opportunities to cross-sell products when they arise.
  5. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  6. Keep records of all conversations in call center database in a comprehensible way.
  7. Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
  8. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Job Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a customer support role
  2. Track record of over-achieving quota
  3. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  5. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  6. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  7. HND/B.SC school degrees
  8. Age limit – 30 years.
