Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

Job Position: Sales Support Officer

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

  1. File, store and retrieve documents and archives in support of the Sales team.
  2. Prepare and report the monthly sales results to the team to give them visibility on their objectives and targets.
  3. Ensure all time bound Sales team submissions to external clients (commercial, invoice, confidential, routine) are delivered within schedule.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or equivalent field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in similar field.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint , excel,outlook).
