Job Description
- We are looking for dependable, client service-oriented Sales & marketing Executive with excellent communication, time-management and organizational skills. A S&M Executive is essentially expected to seek out and sell products / franchises into KAM here defined as neigbourhood grocery stores.
- Working closely and in-line with defined marketing strategies, execute merchandising & Promotional campaigns in identified & designated partner outlets, monitor & report store & shopper trends, conduct research, and follow trends.
- He/She liaise between the business and partner outlets (Customers).
- To be successful as a sales & marketing executive you must understand the importance of confidentiality, stay up-to-date with style guides and marketing trends, and be a good writer and speaker. You must essentially have strong selling skills.
- The ideal candidate for this position must be highly organized and will have excellent administrative and word processing software skills, presentation know-how, and experience with relevant technology.
Job Responsibilities
- Sell the business products and franchises
- Performing in-house, competitor, and consumer analyses to shape new undertakings.
- Collect data, forecast trends, and assess customer satisfaction
- Devising and coordinating marketing activities.
- Teaming with internal stakeholders to roll out seamless, effective campaigns.
- Boosting and improving the overall visibility of the Agency and canvassing for clients and sales.
- Building sustained, profitable ties with our customers and clients.
- Analyzing metrics at strategic moments to ascertain successes.
- Compiling informed reports to guide all marketing-related efforts.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 – 4 years work experience.
