Job Position: Subscription Executive

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Generate revenue from marketing and selling digital subscription to entrepreneurs, would-be entrepreneurs and transiting entrepreneurs.
  2. Prospect digital subscription on social media, telephone, email and one-on-one interactions with existing and potential subscribers.
  3. Analyze subscribers data to identify ways to increase subscribers and minimize risk of cancellations.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing subscribers to expand new business opportunities.
  5. Contact potential subscribers to establish a business relationship with them.
  6. Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
  2. Experience within a Subscription / Membership sales environment is preferred, but not essential.
  3. Previous experience of – and a relish for business-to-consumer and business-to-business sales (Minimum of 2 years).
  4. Face to face and institutional sales experience is essential.
  5. Proven experience of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales target.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-urgency sales environment.
  8. Energy, positivity and a personable, customer-focused style.
  9. Proven ability to build and develop relationships both internally and externally.
  10. Clear understanding of the end to end sales process.
  11. Excellent attention to detail.
  12. Proven persuasion and negotiation skills.
  13. Must take initiative and be a self-starter.
  14. Commitment to excellent customer service.
  15. Strong experience in relationship building.
  16. Positive, can-do, hands on approach when faced with challenges to succeed.
  17. Preferably living within Surulere and its axis.
