Job Description

  1. We are looking for an Admin Assistant who will act as the first point of contact for guest and visitors
  2. They will undertake administrative tasks which will include bookkeeping, typing, printing, scanning, filing .
  3. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
  4. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
  5. The Admin assistant will support staff to ensure smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
  6. Your main administrative duties include maintaining records and managing documents.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / NCE qualification.
  • 1 – 3 years work experience.
