Willers Solutions Limited is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) with large base of customers across different locations, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Administrative Officer

Job Location: Abuja

Job Responsibilities

  1. Organise and facilitate internal meetings, conferences and events.
  2. Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities.
  3. Provide general office administration services, including stock replenishments for stationery, office materials, etc.
  4. Administer travel and logistics services across the Group, in line with business needs
  5. Manage expatriate documentation, including expatriate quota renewal, monthly returns filing, etc.
  6. Supervise material movement and asset relocation across locations.
  7. Provide periodic activity reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on tasks and assignments.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager.

Job Requirements

  1. HND / BSc in any relevant discipline
  2. Minimum of 3 years working experience required
  3. Problem solving and negotiation skills
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills
  5. Time and self-management skills
  6. Effective written and verbal communication skills
  7. Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  8. Demands of the Job
  9. Attention to detail
  10. Cooperative and willing to assist others
  11. Ability to deal with problems robustly.
