Job Position: Human Resources Advisor
Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assisting with the recruitment process: Interview, Selection Process, and Inductions
  2. Updating of Job Roles/Profiles and updating organogram as approved by EXCOM.
  3. Monitoring and Updating Staff Manning Plan.
  4. Payroll administration.
  5. Implementing and executing HR Policies and monitoring HR policies to ensure compliance.
  6. Implementing disciplinary measures with the guidance of the company’s policy; Facilitating Grievance Procedure with the aid of the company’s policy; Facilitating Approvals and communication for Transfers/Redeployment/Relocations; Leave administration.
  7. Conducting sequential Performance Appraisals for: Confirmations; Promotions; Employee of the Quarter/Rewards; Facilitating Training and Development
  8. Weekly facility checks and supervising maintenance repairs with Admin Officer: HR/Admin Round Report

Job Requirements
Education/Experience:

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any related discipline.
  2. Relevant HR experience of Between 2-3 years in one of the following areas:
  3. Human Resources Operations/ HR Business partnering.
  4. Organizational development and learning Solutions.
  5. Compensation, policy, and benefits
  6. Integrated Resourcing (recruitment)
  7. Employee relations and Industrial Relations
  8. Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  9. Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills.
