Chiji14xchange is an e-commerce platform for Cryptocurrencies and Gift Cards based in Nigeria and provides its services across Africa. The platform consists of a trading system that connects users with cryptocurrencies or Gift Cards to trade with agents on the platform who confirm the validity of Currency and Gift Card details as well as process payment which are currently done by Bank credit.

Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  3. Good grammar, spelling and punctuation.
  4. Communicating with customers through various channels like systems.
  5. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  6. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  7. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  8. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  9. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  10. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  11. Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines
  12. Maintain a courteous and calm manner at all times to de-escalate stressful situations
  13. Document information to create, update, or adjust customer accounts.
  14. Prepare call-related information for purposes of auditing and reporting.
  15. Suggest products and services to clients based on their requests and needs.
  16. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Computer Science, Mass Communication or any related course
  2. Have at least 2 year experience on the job.
  3. Must have completed NYSC.
  4. Must be computer Savvy
  5. Efficient and effective team player.
  6. Good grammar, spelling and punctuation.
  7. Good phone etiquettes and communication skills.
  8. must be willing to work on shift basis
  9. Be willing to work under pressure.
  10. You must be resident in Lekki / Ajah or its environs most preferably.
