Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Serve as customer service ambassador and assist with problem solving or tour of facility.
  2. The first point of contact for all customer service-related issues in the company. Will identify issues bordering on patient satisfaction and strive to resolve them or escalate to the manager and/or senior management for timely resolution.
  3. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  4. Responsible for ensuring customers feedback are elicited through the administration of structured feedback questionnaire. Also responsible for collating, analysing the feedback and sending the report to the Head of Operations. Responsible for identifying areas of improvement from the feedback and making recommendations to the manager on how to resolve them.
  5. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  6. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  7. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  8. Timely monitoring of customers  order and ensuring that delays are minimized.
  9. Ensuring that resource required to work are identified and made available for the daily operations and where they are not, timely escalation of issues to the relevant department and follow-up to ensure closure.
  10. Ensure services are provided within the set objectives as well as policies and procedures of Hans&Rene
