Job Position: Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire an analytical, technically sound and professional Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for defining and articulating MAX’s business problems and following up on the delivery based on scoped out decks.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify goals, review of business processes and ensure that the company’s desired results are achieved timely.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure standardized business reporting on execution of business strategies and internal projects to ensure the desired results are properly tracked
  2. Forecast business trends and communicated to important stakeholders on need to align with going trends in the interest of the business
  3. Assess new business strategies and business models, taking all aspects into consideration and providing insight into how these strategies will benefit the company
  4. Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations
  5. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  6. Serve as a liaison between the business operations and the IT professionals to determine the business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementation of strategies.
  7. Create monthly reports of performance and success, pointing out areas in need of improvement and making recommendations
  8. Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities efficiently.
  9. Identify innovative ways to understand the needs of the customers and increase customer satisfaction.
  10. Provide project analysis to senior management by producing required documentation supervising the design of new products and evaluating how these will perform on the market.
  11. Design and lead training programs to establish a base understanding in any department or company-wide and ensure that all employees grasp the information correctly.

Job Requirements
What You’ll Need:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field
  2. Minimum of five years working experience in analysis
  3. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  4. Knowledge in Change Management
  5. Strong business process improvement skills
  6. Effective problem discovery, solving and analytical skills
  7. Proven experience in Business process modeling
  8. Proficiency in MS office
  9. Effective communication and leadership skills.
