Job Position: Billing Supervisor

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
  2. Processing credit memos.
  3. Preparing account statements for customers.
  4. Following up on outstanding payments
  5. Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
  6. Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
  7. Updating accounting and warehouse records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc in a relevant discipline
  • B2B/B2C related experience
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Candidate must be good with number.

Remuneration
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
