Job Description

  • The Store Manager, also known as a Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
  • Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
  3. Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
  4. Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
  5. Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  6. Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  7. Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
  8. Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
  9. Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
  10. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.

Salary
N60,000 – N75,000 monthly.
