Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer at all times.
  2. Communicate with customers through various channels.
  3. Respond quickly to customer inquiries.
  4. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  5. Collect and analyze customer feedback.
  6. Deliver information about company’s service offerings.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND in any relevant discipline.
  2. Candidate must at least have 1 – 2 years customer service work experience.
  3. Familiarity with CRM system and practices.
  4. Excellent Communication and Customer service skills.
