Job Description
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer at all times.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback.
- Deliver information about company’s service offerings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in any relevant discipline.
- Candidate must at least have 1 – 2 years customer service work experience.
- Familiarity with CRM system and practices.
- Excellent Communication and Customer service skills.
