Job Responsibilities
- Creating awareness of the company’s service.
- Working as the public face of the company.
- Promoting the values, identity and services of the company.
- Demonstrating product features to clients.
- Using various channels to connect with customers such as emails, social media and even offline events or demonstrations.
- Highlighting the visual identity of the company and suggesting changes based on competitor and customer analysis.
- Drawing attention to specific values for brand products.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Degree in Customer Relations or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years related experience is preferred.
- Time management skills.
- Good analysis skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines.
- Research skills.
