Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support for a Pastor in a well-organized and timely manner.
  • You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the Pastor’s working life and communication.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Act as the point of contact between the Pastor and internal/external clients.
  2. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  3. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments

Job Requirements

  1. B. Sc Degree in English (2:1) from a reputable institution.
  2. At least 3 years relevant work experience.
  3. Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
  4. Ability to transcribe and take good notes.
  5. Excellent note taking skills.
  6. Strong written and oral communication.
  7. Critical thinking & active learning.
  8. A male or a female.
  9. Must be within the age range of 25 – 30.

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
