Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Abuja

Job Description

  1. We are hiring customer service representatives to manage customer queries and escalate compliant across a number of communication channels.
  2. They are expected to maintain a professional, positive manner when talking with customers in-person, over the phone or via email.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  3. Escalating queries and concerns.
  4. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  5. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  6. Knowing the products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  7. Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
  8. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  9. Providing Feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  10. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  11. Strive to meet and go above personal and team targets and goals.
  12. Able to generate sales leads from calls.
  13. Identify and act as a company ambassador at all times.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in any relevant field.
  • 1 – 2 years experience in similar role.
  • Good communication skills and fluent spoken English.
  • Must be able to speak any other Nigerian language fluently.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Must be able to stay calm when customers are upset.
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and emails daily.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly
