Job Position: Human Resources / Admin Officer

Job Location: Ogijo, Ikorodu – Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Update internal databases with new hire information
  2. Processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process.
  3. Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
  4. Publish and remove job ads
  5. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  6. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
  7. Develop training and onboarding material
  8. Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field with 1-3 years experience
  2. Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  3. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  4. Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  5. Experience using spreadsheets
  6. Organizational skills
  7. Good verbal and written communication skills
