Job Position: Customer Service Intern

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Receive all correspondence and calls on behalf of the organisation.
  2. Assist customers with requests at center and on the phone
  3. Demonstrate knowledge of products and services.
  4. Good Customer Relation
  5. Educate customers about current technologies & capital assets.

Job Requirements

  1. OND, HND / B.Sc in any recognized tertiary institutions.
  2. Little or no previous working experience.
  3. Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
  4. Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.

Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 monthly.
