Job Position: Business Development Executive
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- To assist in the customer sourcing, acquisition and conversion function majorly
- Actively seek out sales opportunity through cold calling and mailing, networking and social media and every other strategy with the aim to optimize employer client pool
- Set up meeting with potential client
- Prepare appropriate presentations of product/services
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conference
- Create frequent review and report with sales
- Collaborate with teams to achieve better results.
Job Requirements
- OND / HND / HND in any field
- 3-5 years experience in real estate sector or any related sector
- Good customer service skill
- Client engagement ability
- Good communication and correspondence skill
- Report writing
- Proximity to Lekki is compulsory.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000, + commission, HMO, Pension and 13th month leave allowance.
