Job Position: Customer Representative

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Educate Merchants on the benefits of our Services
  2. Assist customers in the sign-up and registration process
  3. Handle customers’ questions or complaints.
  4. Work with the store merchants and in-store customer representatives, to achieve high sales
  5. Report Client feedback to the head of the accounts on daily basis to improve the experience for the customers.
  6. Approve sales on the merchant backend
  7. Any other roles as to be communicated from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO with 0 – 3 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
