Job Position: Customer Experience Agent

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • Our client is in need of a Customer Experience Agent who would offer support to customers who have questions, concerns, problems, or who want to purchase any product or service of the organisation.

Job Responsibilities

  1. To receive customer calls, provide accurate and relevant responses to their enquiries, concerns and/or complaints
  2. To make post service follow-up calls to understand the level of satisfaction achieved from the organisation’sin-store experience.
  3. This may require addressing any concerns/complaints that may arise.
  4. To alert customers of their due services within the framework of the organization’s standards.
  5. To identify customer’s needs by probing further to fully understand the nature of their enquiries to be able to offer suitable solutions.
  6. To keep records of all customer interactions/conversations in a detailed and accurate manner using provided tools
  7. To provide accurate product and service information where needed.
  8. To flag and escalate tickets to the Team lead where necessary Process Improvement.
  9. To make suggestions on how to improve workflow to serve the customer better.
  10. To share ideas on improving team engagements.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or it’s equivalent from an accredited university, in any relevant field of study (Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences is an added advantage).
  2. Must possess at least 1 year of experience in Customer service.
  3. Certificate of completion of the compulsory One-year National Youths Service Corps Knowledge and Skills
  4. Outstanding Customer service skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and within a team.
  6. Must possess active listening skills.
  7. Effective problem solving and flexibility skills.
  8. Must possess clear and concise communication skills.
  9. Good time management skills.
  10. Empathy and emotional intelligence.
  11. Must have Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google, and all related tools experience.
