Job Responsibilities

1. Key focus on Process management to ensure that all processes run as per Henkel guidelines
2. Captures savings from full system integration / ensures adequate use of implemented investment Is responsible for change management
3. Audit reports on key functions – to improve current status on ground
4. Compliance management
5. Task based investigation into key processes
6. Inventory control and management – Ensure regular stock stocking to ensure financial results (Partnering with Supply Chain and Finance team)
7. Assisting and helping with internal and external audits
8. Training on business process and compliance for all employees new & existing on ground
9. Drives end-to-end process optimization and implementation of best practices
10. Runs and fosters an efficient regional process organization
11. Develops and ensures the proper implementation of the Process Template and appropriate governance model for the processes.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years’ work experience
2. Qualified Accountant with Expertise on Forensic Audit
3. Good knowledge of finance and accounting guidelines
4. Good communication and presentation skills in English
