Job Position: Account Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Monthly bank reconciliation
  2. Support the account team in the preparation of yearly budget
  3. Participate in the preparation of monthly income statement and balance sheet
  4. Raising and preparation of bank transfer and petty cash voucher
  5. VAT and WHT computation and remittance
  6. Posting of all bank transactions on accounting software
  7. Creating and processing invoices
  8. Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  9. Sending bills and invoices to clients
  10. Management of company’s account payables and receivables
  11. Proper record keeping of sales order
  12. Daily update on sales
  13. Daily monitoring and tracking of inflows and outflows
  14. Inventory control management
  15. Preparation and tracking of company’s expense account
  16. Reconciliation of bank statements with cash accounts
  17. Preparation of payroll
  18. Preparation of month end reports
  19. Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
  20. Proffering solutions and aiding debt recovery processes
  21. Monthly bank analysis.

Salary Range
N50,000 – N100,000 / month.
