Job Requirements

  • A B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience working as a HR Officer, HR Administrator.
  • Previous experience within the facility management industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development, HR operations etc.)
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly Gross.
