Job Position: Front Desk Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Reporting to the Administrative Manager, you will be the first point of contact in the firm.
  • You will answer telephone calls, take messages and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

Other duties include:

  1. Greet and welcome visitors/clients of the firm warmly.
  2. Answer telephone calls and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  3. Handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
  4. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them as appropriate.
  5. Perform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum educational standard: B.Sc / B.A.
  • Minimum Working Experience: 1 year relevant experience
