Job Position: Customer Support Officer

Job Description
- Our client requires a sharp and effective customer support officer to manage its customer communications and relationships.
- As a customer support officer, you will ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied.
- Your aim is to provide excellent customer service. You must be knowledgeable about the products and able to adequately guide the customer at all times.
- You are to make customers feel welcome and assist them to find the products that most satisfy their needs
Job Responsibilities
- Helping to develop and implement a customer service policy for the organization
- Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services
- Handling face-to-face enquiry from customers, Providing help and advice to customers using the organisation’s products or services
- Investigating and solving customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the organisation is providing
- Writing reports analysing the customer service that the organisation provides
- Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
- Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
- Learning about your organisation’s products or services and keeping up to date with changes.
Job Requirements
- Qualification – B.Sc in any discipline. Marketing and Comms or human relations is an advantage
- 1-3 or more years experience in Fashion Brand or Related Company
- Effective use of CRM tools and other relevant software is an added advantage
- Communication skills that allow you to inform, help customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals
- Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
- Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards
- Good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face to face
- A commitment to improve your own customer service skills on an ongoing basis
- Good networking, prospecting and closing skills High level of professionalism.
- Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Excellent selling and communication skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills Able to work in a fast pace environment
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite Must be able to prepare management reports and correspondence Good initiative, time and stress management skills.
Salary
N80,000 – N150,000 / month.
