Job Position: Sales Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and direct day-to-day operation of the sales & marketing function to ensure maximum revenue & profitability and provide potential and existing clients with the highest level of sales service.Ensure that the look and feel of all channels are best in class and a point of reference at all times
- Ensure that customer interactions are deeply satisfying across all channels
- Ensure that the Stores Managers and Corporate Sales Manager maintain, run and deliver outstanding services to all customers
- Ensure that the merchandizing of the Physical Stores and Digital Channels are optimal
- Actively work with the Operations Team to ensure optimal Product Bouquet availability and Inventory Distribution
- Ensure that shrinkages and losses are kept below the company’s target
- Work with the Store Managers and Corporate Sales Manager to ensure that the company achieves or exceeds its Sales Target
- Develop, roll out and maintain world-class Customer Service practices for the organization
- Ensure the effective use of technology to enhance company operations and results
- Set-up a robust and seamless communication channel within the department and across all stores and channels
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working as a Sales Manager, Store Manager, Sales Coordinator
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Previous experience successfully managing a large team.
- Passion for sales and good relationship management skills.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Salary budget: ₦200,000
