Job Position: Office Secretary
Job Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Job Requirements
- Must have HND / BSc in Secretarial Studies or related field
- A minimum of 2 years work experience as a secretary in a corporate environment
- A female candidate
- Ability to perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying, take minuets of meetings, write, memos and letters etc
- Order and maintain supplies and Document financial information
- Ability to make travel bookings and other travel arrangements
- Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
- Candidates must reside with Jabi, Idu, Airport Road, Life Capm, Kado, Wuye Axis
Salary
N40,000 / month.
