Job Position: Supervisor

Job Location: Ago-Iwoye, Ogun

Job Responsibilities
The supervisor will:

  1. Be responsible for 360 operations management at the cinema
  2. Provide business support for the general manager
  3. Oversee retail sales activities with a view to maximising profits
  4. Train cinema staff to adhere to best practices and company policy

Job Requirements

  • A Degree in any discipline
  • 4 years experience in hospitality management
  • Cinema work experience is an added advantage.

Skills:

  1. Proficiency with computers
  2. Knowledge of retail sales software
  3. Understanding of processes
  4. Good understanding of HSE and regulatory compliance.
