Job Position: HR Intern (NYSC)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Update databases with employee data
  2. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  3. Compute payroll data such as leaves, working hours, and any other relevant details
  4. Post job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
  5. Review and shortlist CVs and share them with the Recruitment Manager for review
  6. Schedule candidates for assessments and interviews
  7. Compute HR weekly reports
  8. Work with the recruitment managers in conducting reference and background checks for newly employed staff
  9. Work with the HR Shared Services Officer in the onboarding process for new staff
  10. Execute any other tasks as directed by the line manager

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Human Resources, Public Relations, or any Social Sciences-related field.
  2. Applicant must be a serving 2023 Corps Member currently deployed to Lagos State.
  3. Second Class Lower Division will be a strong advantage
  4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Candidate must be intuitive and passionate about building a career in HR
  7. Proximity to Ikoyi will be an added advantage
