Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Lekki Phase One, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records
  2. Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers
  3. Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails
  4. Escalate all exceptions for resolution
  5. Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification
  • 0 – 2 years relevant experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Applicants should be resident in Lekki Phase One.
