Job Position: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description
The duties & responsibilities are not limited to the following;

  1. To develop new business relationships, identify prospects and follow through till the sale is closed.
  2. Utilize systems and coordinates customer service requirements as appropriate.
  3. Prepare a proper marketing report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.
  4. Design/ draft content filled proposals to prospective clients.
  5. Arrange/design advertising to promote the property(ies)
  6. To maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business
  7. Present the Group to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls and emails.
  8. Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up effectively with client till closure.

KPI’s:

  1. Generate new leads on weekly basis
  2. Meet at least 80% of monthly target
  3. Increase social media presence by 5% monthly
  4. Number of apartments sold in a month.
  5. High rate of customer feedback- The number of buyers who have signed you as their exclusive sales agent.
  6. Proper inventory of apartments available.
  7. % on negotiation: Percentage difference between asking and selling price

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc in Estate Management or any relevant Social Science or Acts discipline.
  • 3-4 years’ experience in sales of Real Estate
  • Ability to implore the use of digital marketing platforms will be an advantage
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages.

Key Skills:

  1. Proven track record of hitting targets and KPIs within a real estate sales role
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills
  3. Commercial awareness.
  4. IT skills.
  5. Minimum of three (3) years experience
