Job Position: Business Development and Sales Manager (Senior Executive)

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description

  • The role is to be single point responsible and accountable for Business Development in the Nigeria and other west African countries

Job Responsibilities

  1. Single point accountable and responsibility for Business Development activities of Paras energy in Nigeria.
  2. Ensure pipeline development as well as convert maximum possible leads into last mile opportunities
  3. Achieve a booking as well as margin targets in the region.
  4. Analyze and propose commercial terms to prevent and mitigate contractual risks.
  5. Responsible for client relationship management, from lead development to project handover to post project feedback.
  6. Develop and manage key accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-10 years of related experience
  • Experience in Solar Development, Engineering, Procurement & Construction (“EPC”), Operation & Maintenance (“O&M”)
  • Clarity on fundamental engineering concepts
  • Ability to manage work with travel
